Miracle Foundation 은 하나님을 경외하는 차세대 리더들을 양육하는데 그 목적을 둔 기구입니다. 많은 교회들이 차세대 양육에 대해서 부담은 있으면서도 그것을 실행하는 것은 어려워하고 있습니다. 빈부의 격차가 점점 더 심해지듯이 세대 간의 문화와 가치관, 세계관 또한 그 차이가 벌어져 가고 있습니다.

     급변하는 사회 속에 부모와 자녀의 소통이 어려워지고, 개인주의적 성향이 강해지면서 가정에서 자녀들에게 성경적 가치관을 심어주는 것이 점점 더 어려워지는 것을 봅니다. Miracle Foundation 은 이런 현실 속에 자라나는 차세대들에게 하나님을 향한 꿈과 비전을 심어줄 수 있는 기회를 제공해줄 것입니다. 또한 교회는, Miracle Foundation과 함께 우리 자녀들이 축복의 통로가 되어서 온 세계를 향한 하나님의 마음을 품고 소원을 풀어 드리는 일꾼들이 될 수 있도록 기도하며 노력할 것입니다.

     Miracle Foundation 의 앞으로의 사역들을 몇 가지 소개합니다.

     첫 번째로는, 저희 교회에서 교회를 섬기며 자라난 자녀들이 열심히 공부하고 실력을 쌓아나갈 수 있도록 장학금을 제공할 것입니다.  교회 안에서 자라나는 자녀들에게 어려서부터 하나님 안에서 봉사와 섬김을 실천할 수 있는 장을 마련해 주고 그렇게  하나님 사랑과 이웃 사랑을 실천한 자녀에게 우선으로 장학금을 주어 격려할 계획이며, 그 이외에 도움이 필요한 학생들을 선발하여 장학금을 통한 격려와 도움을 주는 것입니다.

     둘째로 자녀들에게 세속적인 인생의 목표가 아닌 하나님 나라를 향한 꿈과 비전을 심어주고, 그러한 경험을 제공해 주기 위해 필요한 훈련과 비전 트립 등을 지원하려고 합니다. 자녀들이, 국내외 단기봉사선교나 미션 트립 등을 통해 다양한 문화를 접해보고, 세계 곳곳에서 일하고 계신 하나님을 체험하며, 그 민족을 향한 하나님의 마음을 공유하고 느낄 수 있도록 도울 것입니다.

     그 이외에도 자녀의 세대들에게 영적으로 무장될 수 있는 다양한 체험 및 교육과 훈련의 기회를 제공해서 우리 자녀들이 하나님을 경외하고 하늘의 대사로서 이 세상을 살아 가는 크리스천이 되어 다음 세대를 세워나가는 리더가 되도록 이끌어 줄 것입니다.  이런 일들이 이루어 지려면 재정적인 뒷받침이 필요합니다. 교회 예산으로만 운영해 나가기에는 재정적인 부담이 있고, 사역의 집중도도 분산될 수 있습니다. 그래서 Miracle Foundation이라는 교회 산하의 독립적인 기구를 운영하려고 합니다. 성도님들께서도 함께 기도해 주시고 하나님 나라를 위한 귀한 사역에 동참하시기를 바랍니다.

Let me introduce to you The Miracle Foundation.

     Miracle Foundation is a tool with the purpose in nurturing God-fearing next generation leaders. Many churches carry a burden for bringing up the next generation but find it difficult to implement. Just as the gap between the rich and the poor is getting increasingly bigger, differences between cultures, values and worldviews between generations are also growing wide. 

     In a rapidly changing society, communication between parents and children becomes difficult, and individualistic tendencies become stronger, and we are witnessing it increasingly difficult to instill biblical values in children at home.  Miracle Foundation will provide opportunities to instill dreams and visions for God in the next generation who are growing up in this reality.  In addition, the church, along with the Miracle Foundation, will pray and work hard so that our children can become channels of blessing and workers with God’s heart that will fulfill His wishes towards the world.

     Here are some of the future ministries of the Miracle Foundation.

     First, we will provide scholarships so that children who have grown up serving in the church can study hard and develop their skills.  We plan to provide a place where children who grow up in the church can practice serving God from an early age, and give scholarships to children who have practiced love for God and neighbor.  Other than that, we will select students who are in need and provide encouragement and assistance through scholarships.

     Second, we want to instill in our children dreams and visions for the Kingdom of God rather than the worldly goals of life, and to provide them with the necessary training and vision trips for such experiences. We will help our children to experience various cultures through short-term mission outings both domestic and abroad, experience God at work in various parts of the world, and share and feel God’s heart for the nations.

     In addition, we will build up our children’s generation to become Christians who live in this world as ambassadors of heaven, through various experiences and opportunities for education and training to be spiritually armed, as God-fearing leaders of the next generation.  For these things to happen, financial support is required.  On top of costs of operation burdensome for the church budget alone, it can also scatter ministry focus.  This is why I intend on operating the Miracle Foundation as an independent entity under the church.  I seek your support, participation and prayer in this precious work for the Kingdom of God.
